NMFO News:SANTA FE — The New Mexico Film Office (NMFO) announces the documentary, ‘The Life You’re Given’ produced by Light Heart, LLC.
The documentary has been filmed in Corrales, Santa Fe, Taos, Jemez and Chama.
“The Life You’re Given is a special story about living with the challenges of Prader-Willi Syndrome. We thank this family for sharing their story with the world and raising awareness,” NMFO Director Amber Dodson said.
The Life You’re Given follows the story of one family’s experience raising a child with Prader-Willi Syndrome, a rare developmental disorder from her birth 33 years ago to the present.
The Life You’re Given is directed by Jay Coggeshall (A Sense of Privilege, Arctic Mirror, First Light), produced by Jay Coggeshall and Susan Henoch (First Light). Principal cast includes Jay Coggeshall, Susan Henoch, Sam Coggeshall, and Sophie Coggeshall.
The production is employing 12 New Mexico crew members.
