New Mexico Association Of REALTORS® Announces New Board Of Directors Leadership Team

SANTA FE — The New Mexico Association of REALTORS®, (NMAR), the leading voice and advocate for REALTORS® and the real estate industry in New Mexico, announces newly elected leaders to its Board of Directors. The elections took place during the 2023 New Mexico Association of REALTORS® Annual Conference held in Mescalero.

The newly elected board members are Lois Sury, associate broker at Sotheby’s International Realty in Santa Fe, as NMAR first vice president; Clay Azar, real estate broker at Albuquerque’s Metro Commercial Realty Inc. as Commercial Association of REALTORS® New Mexico (CARNM) District Vice President; Paul Barry, associate broker at RE/MAX of Farmington as Northwest District Vice President; Mindy Longmire, owner/qualifying broker at Dynamic Properties of New Mexico LLC as Southeast District Vice President; Cathy Vickers, owner/broker at Homesteaders Realty and Mayte Rodriguez Holguin, qualifying broker at Elite Real Estate as individual NMAR directors; Hubert H. Hill II, qualifying broker at Maddox Management was elected at-large member of the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, and Cathy Colvin, associate broker at Albuquerque’s Vista Encantada Realtors, LLC, and Lois Sury were elected to the board of the New Mexico Real Estate Education Foundation Trustees.

The NMAR Board also confirmed 2023 NMAR President-Elect Coleen Dearing, of Barker Realty in Santa Fe, as 2024 NMAR President, as well as Roswell’s Dan Coleman, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, as 2024 President-Elect.
