ALBUQUERQUE – The New Mexico Activities Association (NMAA) would like to highlight the following important information regarding the upcoming 2026 Spring State Championships.
Details:
Track & Field
Official Championship Name:
2026 Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico NMAA State Track and Field Championships
Tickets:
Day Pass (All Ages): $16 (will be $20 with UNM fees: Re-Entry Allowed)
Adults: $11 (will be $15 with UNM fees: No Re-Entry)
Students (K-12) / Seniors (65+) / Military: $7 (will be $10 with UNM fees: No Re-Entry)
*Increased ticket prices at the University of New Mexico include higher transaction fees assessed by UNM

Additional Facility Information:
- The University of New Mexico will be charging $7 per vehicle for parking. Campers and RVs will be subject to additional charges.
- Concession stands will be available (credit card only). Outside food and drink are prohibited (other than one sealed bottled water).

- Small, collapsible umbrellas are permitted (No large golf umbrellas are allowed and no canopies or tents permitted in the stands)

Additional Information Specific to Members of the Media for State Track:
- WORKING media with a valid 2025-2026 NMAA Media Credential may cover the event.
- A valid NMAA media credential must be presented to obtain complimentary parking and admission to the facility.
- There will not be a “hospitality room”.
- Media must cover the meet from areas designated by event staff.
- Access to the press box may not be available.

Seeding Meetings / Brackets Released:
The NMAA will hold a seeding/selection show on Sunday, May 3 at approximately 5 p.m., which can be accessed from www.nmact.org.

Day Pass (All Ages): $17.00 (Re-Entry Allowed)
Adults: $12
Students (K-12) / Seniors (65+) / Military: $8 (No Re-Entry Allowed)

- There will not be a charge to park at the softball complex.
- Sunflower seeds or shelled nuts of any kind are prohibited.
- Outside music/portable music is prohibited.
Additional Facility Information for UNM:
- The University of New Mexico will not charge a fee to park in the lot south of the baseball/softball complex.
- Spectators must enter the facility at the entrance on the south side of the complex.
- Concession stands will be available (credit card only). Outside food and drink are prohibited (other than one sealed bottled water).

Additional Spectator Information for Jennifer Riordan Spark Kindness Sports Complex:
- There will not be a charge to park at the complex.
- Parking is limited at the complex but additional areas are available just east of the facility at Nusenda Community Stadium. Parking on the Mesa, west of the complex, is prohibited. This is private property, and violators will be towed at the owner’s expense or issued tickets.
- Concession stands will be available (credit card only). Outside food and drink are prohibited (other than one sealed bottled water).
