The Friends of Coronado Historic Site are hosting a Native Artists Under the Portal program throughout the week of Balloon Fiesta.

The program will feature Native vendors, dancers, and musicians, selling their wares and putting on demonstrations Saturday, Oct. 1 – Sunday, Oct. 9.

Coronado Historic Site will be open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, but will be closed Tuesday, Oct. 4. Vendors and activities rotate daily; visit www.kuaua.org for daily schedules.

WHERE: Coronado Historic Site, 485 Kuaua Road in Bernalillo.

Coronado Historic Site is located just 20 minutes north of Balloon Fiesta Park, which makes the Native Artists Under the Portal a convenient stop after the balloons lift off.
