ALBUQUERQUE — The National Museum of Nuclear Science & History is proud to announce its selection as one of Albuquerque’s Best Places to Work for 2025 in the small employer category, as recognized by Albuquerque Business First. This esteemed accolade underscores the Museum’s dedication to fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes employee well-being and satisfaction.

The annual Best Places to Work program celebrates companies across New Mexico that excel in creating cultures where employees feel energized and engaged, a crucial factor in attracting and retaining top talent. This year, 37 companies from diverse industries were honored from a pool of over 100 nominations.

“We are incredibly honored to receive this recognition, especially knowing it stems directly from the feedback of our valued employees,” Jennifer Hayden said, President and CEO, at the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History. “This award is a testament to the collaborative spirit and passion our team brings to the Museum every day. We believe that by investing in our people and cultivating a positive workplace, we empower them to deliver an exceptional experience for our visitors and further our mission of preserving and presenting nuclear science history.”

The honorees were selected based on comprehensive employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska, a partner of American City Business Journals. Participating companies required responses from a significant number of their staff, and qualifying organizations were rated highly across various categories, emphasizing that the awards are truly “selected by their staff.”

This recognition solidifies the National Museum of Nuclear Science & History’s standing as not only a leading educational institution but also a premier employer dedicated to creating an environment where employees thrive and contribute meaningfully to the community.
