Elizabeth Allen, Democrat, files for re-election to the Municipal Judge position Tuesday morning inside Council Chambers at the Municipal Building. This would be her third term. Allen said she decided to run again ‘because I care deeply about strengthening our court and the services that support the people who come through it.’ Looking back on her tenure as Municipal Judge, Allen said, ‘I am very proud of the fact that we transition to paperless. We increased access to justice by ensuring interpretation services.
