The Los Alamos Arts Council (LAAC) summer campers build part of the new community mosaic Friday at Mesa Public Library. LAAC thanks the Arts in Public Places Board Staff Liaison Chelsea Ashcroft for helping coordinate 28 campers, eight staff members and recognizes the board for making community art a reality.
