Take a look at the cast of characters:

Mission Commander

Senior Agent Phillips is a loyal, seasoned agent for the US government. Having decades of experience in the agency, she has seen it all, done it all, and lost it all. Phillips has taken a personal interest in leading this operation.

Alias: Terry Beery has been active with LALT, both onstage and off, since 2018. She particularly enjoyed directing a group of amazingly talented people in Love, Loss, and What I Wore last season. Terry is looking forward to playing Sister Mary Theresa in the LALO production of Sister Act this March. She is dedicated to her growing family, the Santa Fe Opera, and sourdough baking.

US Agents

Special Agent Heilman has been with the agency for many years, beginning his training while completing his studies in mathematics. He has a previous romantic relationship with the younger of the Turner daughters. Heilman has been described as ambitious within the agency.

Alias: Patrick Webb has participated in community theater since shortly after he arrived in Los Alamos in 2011. In his spare time, he creates things out of wood, performs improv in Santa Fe, and practices a handful of musical instruments.

Special Agent Manley is a US agent with a particular knack for ensuring a smooth operation. He maintains constant focus and communication with his team. He is assigned to communicate a deal with a Russian operative in order to return Anna Turner to the US.

Alias: Collin McDowell has performed seven times with LALT. Previous roles with LALT have included Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet, Max in The Play That Goes Wrong, and Ralph in Reefer Madness. Outside of LALT, Collin’s prior roles include Judas in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, Constantine in Big Love, and Richard the Lionheart in The Lion in Winter. He’s thrilled to have the opportunity to continue to work with the LALT community.

Agent Riley is a new addition to the US agency. Graduating with top marks in their class, Riley is eager to prove themselves as a qualified agent. They are assigned directly to Phillips, directly communicating with all agents.

Alias: Day Forgaard was living in Santa Fe two years ago when they performed in Los Alamos’ Rocky Horror shadow cast. They enjoyed performing with Los Alamos theater folks so much that they continued commuting here to perform and eventually moved here. You may have seen them in Julius Caesar or Rocky Horror, or singing and dancing with the Atomic Follies.

Turner Family

Janie Turner, the younger of the Turner sisters, is a brilliant mathematician who followed in her father’s cryptography steps, but did not inherit his commitment to the agency. She remains an active threat to the security of the US and it is imperative that she is brought under control.

Alias: Eliza McCall is making her debut performance with LALT. She has always loved the theatre and is thrilled to be back onstage after more than a decade. After A Bird in The Hand she is excited to be a part of the cast for Sister Act (LALO) as a member of the Ensemble.

Marie Phillips (nee: Turner) is the eldest Turner sisters, a young widow. She had been married to Senior Agent Phillip’s only son and is mother to Anna Phillips. She has been living in Russia for the past two years, evading all US attempts at extraction.

Alias: Paige Ramsey has participated in a number of LALT shows prior to 2022. She was in Dog Sees God (2017) and The Dining Room (2017). She took a break due to a career in the New Mexico Army National Guard. She has participated in multiple tech roles with LALT and LALO. Off-stage, Paige is a blue belt in Brazilian Jujutsu, enjoys playing with her three German Shepherd dogs, and is a Magic the Gathering enthusiast.

Anna Phillips is the daughter of Marie Phillips and Senior Agent Phillips’ son. She is a bright young girl of 13 that has been living abroad in Russia under the care of her mother after the tragic death of her father in an intelligence collection operation.

Alias: Lanie Cleveland has been acting since she was tiny, when her sister started assigning her the part of Anna whenever she wanted to play all the other parts of Frozen. She loves working with LALT in her now second season. When not on stage, you can usually find her playing softball or hanging out with her puppy.

Russian Agent

Sasha Molotov is an experienced Russian agent who is suspected for having a relationship with Marie and Anna Phillips during their time in Russia. Ruthless, Sasha does not shy away from the more extreme methods of controlling hostages.

Alias: Toni Flora is making her debut with LALT. She was involved in stage, independent film, and voiceover roles while she was in Bullhead City and Kingman, AZ. She loves playing unusual characters with quirky personalities. Toni currently enjoys hiking, playing with power tools, and CrossFit — much of which she gets to enjoy with her boyfriend and his kids.
