McClees: Response Exemplifies Public Servants’ Dedication

By Robert S. McClees, MD.
Trinity Urgent Care
To our community,
I would like to give my heartfelt appreciation and thanks to Rep. Ben Ray Lujan and Los Alamos County Emergency Manager Beverly Simpson for their prompt response to my appeal for assistance (link).
Trinity Urgent Care had engaged the established COVID-19 protocols for obtaining personal protective equipment for some time without’ success. However, they both heard my voice when going public with our situation.
Rep. Lujan and Ms. Simpson quickly identified and coordinated the doorstep delivery of the necessary PPE to keep Trinity Urgent Care operational for the health and safety of our community at large.
This exemplifies how our public servants are paying attention to and are responsive to the voices of our community during this historic global crisis.
I would also like to give may heartfelt thanks and gratitude to those in the community whose kindness and caring uplifts us all.
Stay safe, be kind and be well.
