In honor of National First Responder Appreciation Day Oct. 28, I would like to personally thank all of our firefighters, police officers, nurses, doctors, military personnel and other healthcare workers for their service.
These individuals put their lives on the line every day to protect and serve the Los Alamos community—this bravery does not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
Enterprise Bank & Trust recently expanded the eligibility of our Liberty Checking account for clients 50 and older to now include active and retired first responders, regardless of age. The interest-bearing account provides many benefits including no monthly maintenance fee, no minimum balance, safe deposit credit, free checks and no fees for money orders or cashier checks.
We give each Liberty Checking client $15.00 of annual credit towards a safe deposit box, along with free online and mobile banking, complimentary bill pay and mobile deposit. We hope these benefits will help support our first responder clients as they work toward their financial goals.
Additionally, you can choose to round debit card transactions up to the nearest dollar and transfer those funds directly into an Enterprise savings account to help you save more money, faster. To ensure there are no issues with overdrafts, we provide several options that you can discuss with a financial services representative within our branches. We also provide transactional account alerts through online banking, to help you keep track of account activity.
From combating wildfires to managing the pandemic, I thank each and every one of our first responders for their heroic acts and dedication to the Los Alamos community. I hope you consider taking advantage of the expanded benefits our Liberty Checking has to offer, because you’ve earned it.
