Despite all the barriers brought on by the pandemic, Enterprise Bank & Trust has remained focused on our goal of improving communities throughout the Los Alamos region.

I am pleased to share that Enterprise recently donated a $25,000 gift to United Way of Northern New Mexico, an organization focused on funding nonprofits that support the social fabric of our community.

In 2019, Enterprise pledged to contribute $50,000 each year for three years to the Los Alamos Community Foundation (LACF), another organization committed to benefiting nonprofits across Los Alamos, matching any public contribution dollar-for-dollar.

Thanks to the generosity of community members, the LACF successfully met last year’s matching challenge. The Foundation raised a total of $50,000 by the end of 2020, which was matched by Enterprise.

The second year-end of the challenge is approaching this June, and the LACF is only $15,000 away from reaching its goal, which would bring total donations from Enterprise and community partners in the past two years to $200,000.

These funds are already being put to good use, nourishing Enterprise’s first formal grant cycle at LACF this spring. The organization will announce the inaugural spring 2021 grant recipients in the near future.

Thank you to all of our partners and associates whose work helps improve the lives of the people in our community. We are proud to work with such impactful organizations and to play a role in creating positive change throughout Los Alamos.
