SANTA FE – MANA del Norte is accepting scholarship applications for the 2023-2024 academic year. The application deadline is June 30.

Applicants must be a current or former resident of one of the following northern New Mexico counties: Los Alamos, Mora, Rio Arriba, Santa Fe, San Miguel or Taos.

This year, up to ten scholarships will be awarded to selected recipients who will be honored at MANA del Norte’s Scholarship Banquet, held annually during National Hispanic Heritage Month, mid-September through mid-October. This year, MANA del Norte’s scholarship event will be on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023. “Since inception in 1989, MANA del Norte has awarded more than $210,000 in scholarships to residents of Northern NM” said Carmen M. Rodriguez, MANA del Norte founder and vice president of membership.
