MAIZE Food Museum Charrette Luncheon At Cafecito Friday

MAIZE Food Museum News:

MAIZE Food Museum will host an exploratory community Luncheon, the first of 12 Charrette Luncheons to be offered this year, featured in partnership with Northern New Mexico restaurants, museums, churches, farms and Pueblos.

Chefs and spirited archaeologists will discuss with diners the new age and transitions of the Santa Fe kitchen. Luncheons will be presented throughout 2023, about 4-6 weeks apart. This event is a fundraiser that supports the future realization of a full-fledged food museum.

The Inaugural Charette will be hosted by Cafecito owners Solange Serquis and Andres Paglayan at 1  p.m. Friday, Feb. 10. Chefs will prepare an array of flavors and tastes representing both old New Mexico and new New Mexican specialties. The Inaugural Charette will be held at Cafecito Restaurant at 922 Shoofly St., Baca Railyard District, Santa. Fe.
