Meet Lucy! She is an incredibly loving, fun, affectionate young girl. She loves to be around her foster mom as much as possible and loves to be held and cuddled. Lucy does well with adults and children and seems to do well with other dogs as long as her resources are not threatened. She does not seem to be triggered by cats.
