Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Service (LAVNS) has been named to HomeCare Elite™ as one of the top Home Care Agencies in the nation for 2012.
The HomeCare Elite™ is an annual compilation of the most successful home care providers in the United States.
This award is based on Quality of Care, Quality Improvement, (comparison with previous year), Patient Experience, Implementation of Process Measures and Financial Performance.
