Six-week-old Rusty is being fostered by Loren Valdez at his State Farm Insurance Agency at 1350 Central Ave. Ste. 100 in downtown Los Alamos. Rusty and his brother Rowdy were found recently roaming the streets in Santa Fe. The small brothers appear to be German Shepherd-boxer mixes.
