Los Alamos Rotary Seeks RYLA Applicants

ROTARY News:

The Los Alamos Rotary Club is seeking young adults with proven leadership ability and a commitment to community service to apply for the 2015 RYLA Summer Camp. 

The camps (one for male, one for female) will be held in July at the Monzano Mountain Retreat in Torreon and are paid for by Rotary.

Applicants must:

  • be a high school senior in September 2015;
  • have demonstrated leadership potential in their school, church or community;
  • a desire to develop leadership potential; and
  • have the aspiration to make new friends and have a lot of fun! 

Applications are available via the District 5520 website, https://ryla5520.shutterfly.com/, and due to Lisa Harris, Los Alamos Rotary Youth Exchange Officer, by March 27. Direct questions or submit application to Harris at losalamosrye@gmail.com.
