5. Recognition by the Board Imagine Math Winner, Daniel Adams Congratulations to Pinon Elementary 3rd grader Daniel Adams who completed 24 lessons in the Imagine Math Summer program. Students who passed 10 lessons wee placed into a national drawing for a prize. Daniel was selected as a winner and was the only student from New Mexico to receive the special award. He received a bag o school supplies, an Imagine Math t shirt and a solar backpack.

15. Closed Executive Session. School Board President Colgan will ask for a Motion to go into a closed executive Session (Section 10-15-1(B) to discuss limited personnel matters, specifically the Superintendent Evaluation, as allowed in the Open Meetings Act NMSA 1978. 16.
Open Session after the closed executive session, School Board President Colgan will reconvene the School Board Meeting. In reference to the executive session held during the School Board Meeting, School Board President Colgan will state that the purpose of the discussion in closed session was Limited to the item stated on the agenda. No action was taken.
