Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Sept. 20 at 11:23 a.m. / An 83-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone used her credit card without permission on Longview Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.

Sept. 25 at 9:19 p.m. / A 53-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was battered by a household member on Sioux Street.

TREVOR BRAUGHTON

Sept. 25 at 9:35 p.m. / Police arrested Trevor Braughton, 27, of Los Alamos at 1207 Sioux St., and charged him with battery against a household member.

Sept. 26 at 12:26 p.m. / A 58-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on Gold Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Sept. 29 at 7:56 a.m. / A 15-year-old Los Alamos boy reported that he was battered on Trinity Drive.

RYAN BARNES

Sept. 29 at 9:27 a.m. / Police arrested Ryan Barnes, 36, of Los Alamos a Smith’s Supermarket and charged him with criminal trespass.

RACHEL WEISS

Sept. 29 at 1:01 p.m. / Police arrested Rachel Weiss, 23, of Los Alamos at 121 Longview Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant and charged her with resisting, evading and obstructing an officer in the service of a court process.

Sept. 29 at 1:53 p.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos boy on Trinity Drive with aggravated battery and referred him to the juvenile probation officer.

Sept. 29 at 3:38 p.m. / Police charged a 12-year-old Los Alamos boy with the unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon on school property at 2101 Hawk Dr., and referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.

Sept. 29 at 4:32 p.m. / A 56-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was being harassed on Trinity Drive.

HEATHER DOMINGUEZ

Sept. 29 at 8:19 p.m. / Police arrested Heather Dominguez, 31, of Los Alamos in Espanola on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Oct. 1 at 5:02 p.m. / Police arrested Michael Linzey, 32, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

DANIEL CARDENAS

Oct. 1 at 11:32 p.m. / Police arrested Daniel Cardenas, 45, of Los Alamos on San Ildefonso Road and charged him with DWI.
