Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

EDWARD JOSEPH HERNANDEZ

Nov. 22 at 1:20 a.m. / Police arrested Edward Joseph Hernandez, 30, of Rio Communities, at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with disorderly conduct, boisterous/loud/profane language and resisting/evading or obstructing an officer.

HEATHER R. DOMINGUEZ

Nov. 24 at 2:11 a.m. / Police arrest Heather R. Dominguez, 36, od Los Alamos at 2600 Trinity Dr., and charged her with battery against a household member.

SAMUEL J. NASISE

Nov. 26 at 7:24 p.m. / Police arrested Samuel J. Nasise, 50, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with distribution to a minor: marijuana first offense, contributing to the delinquency of a child and abuse of a child.
