Nov. 16 at 2:49 p.m. / Police arrested Wayne Carl Mosely, 66, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13 years of age, criminal sexual contact of a minor under 13 years f age and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Nov. 17 at 3:38 a.m. / Police arrested Hazel Bucholz, 19, of Jemez in Rio Rancho on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Nov. 18 at 5:28 p.m. / Police arrested Brianna M. Garcia, 24, of Santa Fe at Smith’s on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Nov. 19 at 10:38 a.m. / Police arrested Eric Nuttal, 31, of Espanola on U.S. 84/284 on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Nov. 19 at 5:48 p.m. / Police arrested Qing Miao, 54, of Los Alamos at Smith’s and charged her with criminal trespassing and shoplifting.

Nov. 20 at 11:47 a.m. / Police arrested Phillip S. Swazo, 29, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Nov. 20 at 1:23 p.m. / Police arrested Christine I. Trujillo, 51, of Espanola at the sheriff’s office in Espanola on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Nov. 25 at 2:33 p.m. / Police arrested Mishelle Nikole Etsitty-Hoke, 27, of Socorro at DP Road and Trinity Drive and charged her with DWI.
