The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

RICHARD LYNN ROLSTON

Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. / Police arrested Richard Lynn Rolston, 58, of Los Alamos on Diamond Drive and charged him with DUI and driving with an open container of alcohol.

JAYLYN ASHLEY VALDEZ

Nov. 15 at 2:27 p.m. / Police arrested Jaylyn Ashley Valdez, 22, of Espanola on NM 502 on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

CHRISTINA CARDENAS

Nov. 16 at 2:21 a.m. / Police arrested Christina Cardenas, 45, of Abiqui at 600 San Ildefonso Road and charged her with assault.

NADINE SANCHEZ

Nov. 17 at 7:57 p.m. / Police arrested Nadine Sanchez, 35, of Espanola at Diamond Drive and Sandia and charged her with driving with an open container of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked or suspended license.

FERNANDO S. WAR

Nov. 17 at 11:08 p.m. / Police arrested Fernando S. War, 33, of Espanola on NM 4 and Rover Boulevard and charged him with reckless driving, driving with an open container of alcohol, aggravated DWI-refusal to submit to testing, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to give immediate notice of a vehicle crash.

CYDNEY R. REMELIUS

Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. / Police arrested Cydney. R. Remelius, 23, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged her with battery against a household member.
