Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

LENAYA ASHLEY MARTINEZ

May 8 at 2:41 a.m. / Police arrested Lenaya Ashley Martinez, 23, of Ohkay Owingeh at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged her with DWI.

RENA MONTOYA

May 8 at 3:22 a.m. / Police arrested Rena Montoya, 33, of Ohkay Owingeh at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged her with DWI and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

MARION L. LOOPE

May 9 at 11:57 p.m. / Police arrested Marion L. Loope, 36, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding District Court warrant and charged her with assault on a household member and criminal damage to property.

GABRIEL MARTINEZ

May 12 at 4:26 p.m. / Police arrested Gabriel Martinez, 27, of Espanola at 751 Trinity Dr. and charged him with shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance.

GREG BARTHELL

May 13 at 3:05 p.m. / Police arrested Greg Barthell, 57, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged him with criminal sexual contact: force/coercion.

DANIEL ALEJANDRO DUARTE-DOMINGUEZ

May 14 at 8:36 p.m. / Police arrested Daniel Alejandro Duarte-Dominguez, 26, of Espanola on East Road and charged him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license is expired or revoked, registration required and no proof of insurance.

ALICIA N. MARTINEZ

May 14 at 10:37 p.m. / Police arrested Alicia N. Martinez, 33, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged her with careless driving and aggravated DWI: refusal to submit to chemical testing.
