May 3 at 2:31 p.m. / A 64-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of larceny in the 100 block of La Vista. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
May 3 at 5:03 p.m. / Police charged a 13-year-old Santa Fe boy near Oppenheimer Drive and Central Avenue with receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to his parents.
May 3 at 4:05 p.m. / Smith’s Food and Drug Centers, 500 Central Ave., reported that it was the victim of embezzlement. The estimated loss is less than $250.

May 4 at 1:36 a.m. / Police arrested Carl Padilla, 46, of Espanola at 9th Street and Central Avenue and charged him with driving with a suspended or revoked license.
JUAN GRANT
May 4 at 4:12 p.m. / Police arrested Juan Grant, 25, of Santa Fe on East Jemez Road and charged him with driving on a suspended or revoked license, driving without a vehicle registration and driving without insurance.
May 4 at 6:48 p.m. / A 26-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was assaulted and battered by a household member on Canyon Road.
BRITNEY GUTIERREZ
May 4 at 7:03 p.m. / Police arrested Britney Gutierrez, 29, of Los Alamos in the 3200 block of Canyon Road and charged her with assault against a household member and aggravated battery against a household member.
May 4 at 7:41 p.m. / A 55-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered by a household member in the 3700 block of Gold Street.
LORENZO GUTIERREZ
May 4 at 8:07 p.m. / Police arrested Lorenzo Gutierrez, 52, of Petaca in the 3700 block of Gold Street and charged him with battery against a household member.
JOSHUA MONTOYA
May 4 at 10:57 p.m. / Police arrested Joshua Montoya, 25, of Los Alamos near N.M. 4 and Piedra Loop and charged him with driving without tail lamps and aggravated DWI: Blood Alcohol Concentration of .16 or more.
JEFFREY ASLIN
May 5 at 8:20 p.m. / Police arrested Jeffrey Aslin, 44, of Los Alamos in the 1900 block of Diamond Drive and charged him with careless driving, driving with an open container of alcohol, aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended or revoked license and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
May 6 at 4:30 p.m. / A 51-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered in the 3500 block of Gold Street by a household member. .
May 6 at 4:30 p.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos girl in the 3500 block of Gold Street, with battery against a household member. She was referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to her parents.
May 6 at 7:40 p.m. / A 60-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone stole his firearm in the 1200 block of San Ildefonso Road. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

May 7 at 11:50 p.m. / Police arrested James Carpenter, 26, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant.
May 8 at 10:04 p.m. / A 38-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property in the 4400 block of Alabama Street. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
