May 3/Dustin Bingham, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with eight counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor.

May 7/Adrian Oscar Duarte Fierro, 23, of Los Alamos was arrested and charged with reckless driving and offenses related to driving under the influence.

May 7/Elsie A. Fernandez, 38, of Ojo Caliente, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from District Court and another from Magistrate Court.

May 7/Amadeo Jose Martinez, 32, of Espanola was arrested on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

May 8/Ricardo Martinez, 31, of Los Alamos was arrested on an outstanding District Court warrant.

May 9/Genevieve Early, 64, of Norman, Okla., was arrested and charged with DUI.

CELESTE ARCIDES

May 9/Celeste Arcides, 51, of White Rock was arrested and charged with battery against a household member.
