Los Alamos Police Blotter:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

LINDA MARTINEZ

May 16 at 3:26 a.m. / Police arrested Linda Martinez, 52, of Santa Cruz on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

May 17 at 8:51 a.m. / Police charged a 13-year-old Santa Fe girl at Los Alamos Middle School with the unlawful carrying of a weapon on school grounds and referred her to the juvenile probation officer.

May 17 at 11:02 a.m. / A 41-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 3300 block of Canyon Road. The estimated loss is less than $250.

May 20 at 4:40 p.m. / Police referred a 15-year-old Los Alamos girl, who ran away from home and was found at an unknown address in Santa Fe, to the juvenile probation officer.

ROGELIO ANAYA

May 17 at 11:45 p.m. / Police arrested Rogelio Anaya, 21, of Los Alamos in the 400 block of Bryce Avenue and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

May 18 at 12:02 p.m. / A 50-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone sprayed graffiti on his property in the 1100 block of 45th Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

May 18 at 1:25 p.m. / A 25-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered by a household member in the 2000 block of 23rd Street. The matter is under investigation.

May 19 at 10:43 a.m. / A 41-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property in the 800 block of North Mesa Road. The estimated loss is less than $1,000. The matter is under investigation.

May 19 at 2:15 p.m. / A 72-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his property in the 1200 block of Trinity Drive. The matter is under investigation.

May 20 at 3:01 p.m. / Police charged Richard Voss, 20, of Los Alamos in the 400 block of Bryce Avenue with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued him a citation to appear in court.

May 20 at 3:21 p.m. / Police charged Juan Gonzales, 25, of Los Alamos in the 400 block of Bryce Avenue with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued him a citation to appear in court.

May 20 at 8:56 p.m. / Chevron, 2373 Trinity Dr., reported that someone shoplifted from its service station. The estimated loss is less than $100. The matter is under investigation.

May 21 at 1:54 p.m. / Police charged a 14-year-old Hernandez boy at Los Alamos High School with possession of marijuana and referred him to the juvenile probation officer. 

May 22 at 12:54 a.m. / Police charged Samuel Hopper, 24, of Albuquerque on N.M. 4 with possession of marijuana and issued him a citation to appear in court.

May 22 at 11:15 a.m. / A 41-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was assaulted by a household member in the 300 block of El Conejo.

PAVEL MOURACHOV

May 22 at 2:15 p.m. / Police arrested Pavel Mourachov, 41, in the 3900 block of West Road and charged him with two counts of aggravated assault against a household member with a deadly weapon, extreme cruelty to animals and harassment. This case remains active.

 

 

GINO ROMERO

May 22 at 4:38 p.m. / Police arrested Gino Romero, 48, of Santa Fe on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant from Rio Arriba County.
