Los Alamos Police Blotter: March 7–March 13, 2013

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

March 7 at 11:30 a.m. / Police charged a 13-year-old Santa Fe boy with larceny in the 2100 block of Hawk Drive. The boy was referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to his parents.

March 7 at 5:31 p.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos boy at 39th Street and Canyon Road with possession of drug paraphernalia. The boy was referred to the juvenile probation officer and released to his parents.

March 7 at 5:50 p.m. / A 50-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of larceny in the 2100 block of Deer Trail. The estimated loss is less than $250.

DAVID NORRIS

March 8 at 1:36 p.m. / Police stopped David Norris, 60, of Hernandez on Hawk Drive for driving with broken tail lights and arrested him for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction. 

 

 

BRANDON MAY

March 9 at 9:26 a.m. / Police stopped Brandon May, 22, of Albuquerque at 15th Street and Trinity Drive for speeding and arrested him for driving on a suspended or revoked license and having no insurance.

March 10 at 6:17 p.m. / A 29-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone used her credit card without permission on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.

March 10 at 9:13 p.m. / Police stopped Adam Quintana, 21, of Los Alamos on Camp May Road for driving without tail lights and charged him with possession of marijuana. He was issued a criminal citation to appear in court.

CARLOS MARTINEZ

March 13 at 12:19 p.m. / Police arrested Carlos Martinez, 29, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive and charged him with kidnapping and three counts of criminal sexual penetration.

 

 

 

KELSEY WORLEY

March 12 at 12:32 p.m. / Police arrested Kelsey Worley, 18, of Los Alamos in the 2300 block of 39th Street and charged her with aggravated battery.

 

 

 

ISIDOR CHAVEZ

March 13 at 4:29 p.m. / Police arrested Isidor Chavez, 38, of Espanola on a District Court Warrant.

March 13 at 7:22 p.m. / A 49-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his house in the 400 block of Pruitt Ave. The estimated loss is unknown.

 

VICTOR MEDINA

March 13 at 11:55 p.m. / Police arrested Victor Medina, 30, of Los Alamos at 15th Street and Sage Street and charged him with driving with a suspended or revoked license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
