The following information was provided by the Los Alamos Police Department. Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

March 22 at 11:46 a.m. / A 43-year-old Santa Fe woman reported that she was the victim of battery at Los Alamos High School.

March 22 at 1:06 p.m. / Police responded to the unattended death of an 83-year-old Los Alamos man on 45^th Street. The cause of death appears to be from natural causes.

March 23 at 12:17 p.m. / A 56-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of identity theft on Granada Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.

March 23 at 3:13 p.m. / A 46-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone used his credit card without permission. The estimated loss is less than $300.

STEPHEN DURAN

March 25 at 12:49 a.m. / Police arrested Stephen Duran, 29, of Los Alamos on 35^th Street and charged him with driving while his license is suspended or revoked.

March 26 at 8:28 p.m. / Police charged Dustin Harbert, 18 of Los Alamos along with three Los Alamos boys, 17, 15, and 14 years of age, with possession of marijuana at Guaje Pines Cemetery. The boys were referred to the juvenile probation officer and Harbert was issued a citation to appear in court.

March 27 at 10:52 a.m. / Los Alamos National Laboratory reported that it was the victim of larceny at Technical Area 50. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

March 27 at 11:22 a.m. / A 45-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny on 41^st Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

March 27 at 11:49 a.m. / A 43-year-old Jemez Springs woman reported that she was the victim of harassment. The matter is under investigation.

March 27 at 12:30 p.m. / Los Alamos National Laboratory reported that it was the victim of larceny on Bunker Road. The estimated loss is less than $250.

March 28 at 10:12 a.m. / Police arrested Robbin Wood, 33, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear in court.
