June 28 at 10:53 a.m. / A 62-year-old Los Alamos woman reported being the victim of criminal trespassing in the 3800 block of Gold Street. The estimated damage is unknown.
June 30 at 5:26 p.m. / A 54-year-old Los Alamos man reported being the victim of breaking and entering in the 200 block of El Conejo. The estimated damage is unknown.
July 1 at 10:16 a.m. / Steven Herrera, 55, of Santa Fe was arrested by New Mexico State Police and booked into the Santa Fe Detention Center on an outstanding Los Alamos Majestrate Court warrant.
July 1 at 2:57 p.m. / A 49-year-old Los Alamos woman reported a burglary in the 400 block of Ridgecrest Ave. The estimated loss is unknown.
July 1 at 5:40 p.m. / A Los Alamos girl under 18 reported that she is being harrassed in the 2000 block of 48th street.
RICKY PADILLA
July 2 at 8:34 a.m. / Police arrested Ricky Padilla, 52, of Chimayo on East Jemez Road and charged him with driving while his license is suspended or revoked.
JONATHAN ATENCIO
July 2 at 10:59 p.m. / Police arrested Jonathan Atencio, 32, of Los Alamos in the 2100 block of 35th Street and charged him with assault against a household member.
ZACHARY SANCHEZ
July 3 at 12:57 p.m. / Police arrested Zachary Sanchez, 27 of Los Alamos in the 2200 block of North Road and charged him with aggravated DWI:Blood Alcohol Concentration of .16 or more, driving with an open container of alcohol, driving with a suspended or revoked license, driving without a vehicle registration and driving without proof of insurance.

July 3 at 7:57 p.m. / Police arrested Kristy Hutson, 27, of Los Alamos near Canyon Road and Diamond Drive on an outstanding warrant fom another jurisdiction.
CHARLES STERBA
July 4 at 11:50 p.m. / Police arrested Charles Sterba, 53, of Los Alamos in the 3000 block of Canyon Road and charged him with aggravated burglary, battery upon a peace officer, breaking and entering and disorderly conduct.
