Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

KEVIN HERRING 

June 21 at 12:27 a.m. / Police arrested Kevin Herring, 45, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding warrant and charged him with disorderly conduct, boisterous/loud/profane language and possession of controlled substance. 

SHAWN M. CAVASOS 

June 21 at 5:59 p.m. / Police arrested Shawn M. Cavasos, 34, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr. and charged him with DUI.

CHAD WADE LINDSEY

June 28 at 2:19 p.m. / Police arrested Chad Wade Lindsey, 36, at Los Alamos Medical Center (LAMC) on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

RODGER MICHAEL GUERRA 

July 1 at 10:33 a.m. / Police arrested Rodger Michael Guerra, 47, of Ohkay Owingeh on Sandoval on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

MICHAEL ALEXANDER ABADIA 

July 2 at 1:45 a.m. / Police arrested Michael Alexander Abadia, 32, of Miami Fla. on Trinity Drive and charged him with DUI. 

MADELEINE J. WHITT 

July 4 at 4:12 p.m. / Police arrested Madeleine J. Whitt, 31, of Los Alamos at 3700 Canyon Road and charged her with Aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing; roadway laned for traffic; proof of financial responsibility; possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. 

JOHN R. STANEK 

July 7 at 9:27 a.m. / Police arrested John R. Stanek, 49, of Los Alamos on Diamond Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

ELLIOT JOHN CHEE

July 7 at 10:33 a.m. / Police arrested Elliot John Chee, 37, of Phoenix Ariz. at 2500 Trinity Dr. on a Municipal Court Order of Commitment.

MOISES OLIVAS-ESPINO 

July 10 at 10:38 a.m. / Police arrested Moises Olivas-Espino, 25, of Los Alamos on DP Road on an outstanding out of state warrant.

ELMER P. ABEYTA 

July 11 at 7:05 p.m. / Police arrested Elmer P. Abeyta, 35, of Ohkay Owingeh on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
