Los Alamos Police Blotter: July 23 To Aug. 19, 2015

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

July 23 at 4:05 p.m. / A 14-year-old Los Alamos girl reported being the victim of sexual contact by force on Trinity Drive. The matter is under investigation.

JAYNE SIZEMORE

Aug. 13 at 13:30 a.m. / Police arrested Jayne Sizemore, 50, F, of Los Alamos at 2373 Trinity Dr., and charged her with possession of marijuana of more than an ounce.

 

 

SHANE PERKINS

Aug. 13 at 9:15 p.m. / Police arrested Shane Perkins, 38, of Los Alamos on an outstanding District Court warrant at 2500 Trinity Dr. He was arrested again Aug. 14 on another outstanding District Court warrant.

 

 

FERNANDO  RODRIGUEZ

Aug. 17 at 7:14 p.m. / Police arrested Fernando Rodriguez, 33, of Los Alamos on an outstanding District Court warrant at 650 San Ildefonso Road.

Aug. 13 at 5:05 p.m. / A 62-year-old Albuquerque woman reported that she is the victim of fraud on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is more than $250.

Aug. 13 at 8:08 p.m. / A 44-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of larceny on North Mesa Road.  The estimated loss is less than $250.

Aug. 14 at 12:50 p.m. / A 10-year-old Los Alamos boy reported being bitten by a dog on Diamond Drive.

Aug. 15 at 8:35 p.m. / Police arrested Crystal Duran, 36, of Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo at 751 Trinity Drive and charged with shoplifting. The estimated loss is less than $100. She was issued a summons to appear in court. A police booking photo is not available.

Aug. 17 at 6:42 a.m. / The LAPD Bomb Squad was called out to a false alarm on Diamond Drive.

ANGELINA CHAVEZ

Aug. 17 at 8:30 a.m. / Police arrested Angelina Chavez, 31, of Espanola near Barranca Road and Loma Del Escolar on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Aug. 17 at 11:56 a.m. / A 30-year-old Albuquerque man reported that he is the victim of graffiti damage on Central Avenue. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

 

MICHAEL MILLER

Aug. 17 at 11:56 a.m. / Police arrested Michael Miller, 19, of Los Alamos at 723 Central Ave., and charged him with spraying graffiti. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

 

 

 

ADRIAN TAYLOR

Aug. 17 at 9:23 p.m. / Police arrested Adrian Taylor, 56, of Los Alamos at 39th Street and Orange Street and charged him with DWI.

 

 

DAVID MONDRAGON

Aug. 18 at 1 p.m. / Police arrested David Mondragon, 34, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

 

 

ZACHARY KELLER

Aug. 18 at 1 p.m. / Police arrested Zachary Keller, 26, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

Aug. 18 at 1:51 p.m. / A 63-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone used her credit card without her authorization to purchase $300 worth of goods.

Aug. 18 at 2:28 p.m. / A 63-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was bitten by a dog on East Road.

Aug. 19 at 12:53 p.m. / An 18-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of criminal sexual penetration by force on San Ildefonso Road. The matter is under investigation.

Aug. 19 at 2:23 p.m. / A 49-year-old Los Alamos woman on Meadow Lane reported that she is the victim of fraud. The estimated loss is less than $20,000.

Aug. 19 at 5:10 p.m. / A 27-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his home on 38th Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

Aug. 19 at 6:32 p.m. / A 42-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of fraud. The estimated loss is more than $250.
