Jan. 2 at 6:42 p.m. / Police arrested Michael S. Kowalczyk, 30, of Tierra Azul on East Jemez Road and charged him with driving on a suspended or revoked license.
Jan. 9 at 1:47 a.m. / Police arrested Thomas A. Allen, 52, of Los Alamos near Diamond Drive and Urban and charged him with Aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing.
Jan. 12 at 12:26 a.m. / Police arrested Sean Pacheco, 20, of Alcalde at 751 Trinity Dr., on an out of state warrant and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jan. 15 at 3:29 p.m. / Police arrested Erik Antonio Herrera, 18, of Española at 1300 Diamond. Dr., and charged him with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Jan. 18 at 7:37 p.m. / Police arrested Samuel Herrera, 32, of Santa Fe at Big Rock Casino on an outstanding District Court warrant.

Jan. 20 at 4:29 p.m. / Police arrested Joshua J. Sandoval, 38, of Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo in Española on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
Jan. 21 at 11:4 a.m. / Police arrested James Johnson, 19, of Ohkay Owingeh at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
Jan. 22 at 5:32 p.m. / Police arrested Charles Moore, 33, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with reckless driving and a crash involving damage to a vehicle.
Jan. 30 at 4:05 a.m. / Police arrested Melissa Fran Harrison, 21, of Los Alamos on 43rd Street and charged her with careless driving, DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jan. 30 at 12:39 p.m. / Police arrested Christina Cardenas, 46, of Abiquiu in Española on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
Feb. 1 at 6:22 a.m. / Police arrested Kelly Harvey, 31, of Los Alamos on Myrtle Street and charged her with two counts of assault against a household member.
Feb. 1, at 6:57 p.m. / Police arrested Tamara L. Torres, 24, of Santa Fe at the Santa Clara Apartments in Española on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.
