Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

RENEE CATA

Feb. 20 at 7:25 a.m. / Police arrested Renee Cata, 40, of Espanola on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction. 

Feb. 20 at 12:55 p.m. / Police arrested a 16-year-old Los Alamos girl at 2500 Trinity Dr. on an outstanding District Court warrant.

Feb. 21 at 9 a.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos girl with possession of marijuana at 1300 Diamond Dr. and issued her a summons to appear in court.

LINDA VIGIL

Feb. 21 at 11:04 a.m. / Police arrested Linda Vigil, 53, of Espanola on N.M. 502 and charged her with DWI.

Feb. 21 at 7:14 p.m. / A 52-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Orange Street. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

Feb. 22 at 10:26 p.m. / Police arrested Kevin Quintana, 25, of Espanola on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant. Police booking photo is not available.

Feb. 23 at 2:20 p.m. / A 51-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone burglarized his vehicle parked on 45th Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

CARL MOLLEUR

Feb. 23 at 11:54 p.m. / Police arrested Carl Molleur, 22, of Tierra Amarilla near Diamond Drive and Sycamore Street and charged him with aggravated DWI: Refusal to submit to chemical testing.

JEFFREY ASLIN

Feb. 24 at 10:09 a.m. / Police arrested Jeffrey Aslin, 45, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Feb. 24 at 4:28 p.m. / Police arrested Brandi Vigil, 29, of Alcalde at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding District Court warrant. Police booking photo is not available.

Feb. 24 at 6:36 p.m. / Police arrested  Teresa Hampel, 54, of Los Alamos in the 100 block of Monte Rey Drive S., and charged her with battery against a household member and issued her a summons to appear in court.

JUSTIN SALAZAR

Feb. 24 at 7:36 p.m. / Police arrested Justin Salazar, 23, of Ohkay Owingeh in Santa Fe on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

Feb. 24 at 7:40 p.m. / Police arrested  Marina Girorgii, 39, of Los Alamos in the 1000 block of Camino Durasnilla and charged her with improper handling of fire. Police booking photo is not available.

Feb. 25 at 3:28 / An 18-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of fraud on Encino. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

Feb. 25 at 6:15 p.m. / Police arrested a 16-year-old Los Alamos girl in Las Cruces on an outstanding District Court warrant. 

THOMAS MOORE

Feb. 25 at 9:22 p.m. / Police arrested Thomas Moore, 22, of Las Cruces at 535 Central Ave., and charged him with aggravated assault.
