Los Alamos Police Blotter: Feb. 14– Feb.19, 2013

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Feb. 14 at 9:02 a.m. / A 31-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was being harassed in the 400 block of Ridgecrest.

MARK HENINS

Feb. 14 at 9:15 a.m. / Police charged Mark Henins, 46, of Los Alamos with harassment and issued him a summons to appear in court.

Feb. 14 at 9:21 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Jemez Springs boy with shoplifting at Smith’s Food and Drugs Center on Central Avenue and referred him to the juvenile probation officer. The estimatted loss is less than $100.

RAUL QUEZADA‑ORTIZ

Feb. 14 at 11:02 p.m. / Police arrested Raul Quezada-Ortiz, 28, of Los Alamos in the 3000 block of Trinity Drive and charged him with battery against a household member.

 

 

MICHELLE PINKERTON

Feb. 15 at 8:51 p.m. / Police arrested Michelle Pinkerton, 34, of Los Alamos in the 3700 block of Alabama Avenue on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant.

 

 

MARTIN DOMINGUEZ

Feb. 16 at 8:26 p.m. / Police arrested Martin Dominguez, 37, of Los Alamos on East Jemez Road and charged him with failure to maintain his lane, DUI, possession of marijuana and driving on an expired registration.

 

 

ALEXANDER GENTRY

Feb. 19 at 9:27 a.m. / Police arrested Alexander Gentry, 18, of Los Alamos in the 1300 block of 41st Street and charged him with criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.
