NATHAN MANN

Dec. 30 at 11 a.m. / Police arrested Nathan Mann, 51, of Los Alamos at the BCSO Jail on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

TREVON YATES

Dec. 30 at 9:46 p.m. / Police arrested Trevon Yates, 21, of Santa Fe at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding District Court warrant.

Dec. 31 at 12:28 a.m. / Police arrested Kyle Montoya, 20, of Santa Fe on East Road and charged him with Minor in Possession of alcoholic liquor. Police booking photo is unavailable.

Dec. 31 at 11:36 a.m. / A 77-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of identity theft on Rim Road. The estimated loss is unknown.

KEVIN SMITH

Dec. 31 at 12:40 p.m. / Police arrested Kevin Smith, 46, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with abuse of a child.

CORY KERSHNER

Jan. 1 at 1:39 a.m. / Police arrested Cory Kershner, 27, of Los Alamos on Canyon Road and charged him with disorderly conduct and profane, loud and boisterous behavior.

JAMES DOWNS

Jan. 3 at 11:50 a.m. / Police arrested James Downs, 20, of Los Alamos at 42nd Street and Sandia Drive and charged him with possession of marijuana.

Jan. 3 at 1:57 p.m. / A 21-year-old Alcalde woman reported that someone damaged her property on Trinity Drive. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

BENJAMIN BACA

Jan. 4 at 12:40 p.m. / Police arrested Benjamin Baca, 42, of Los Alamos on Ridgeway and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.

KYU KIM

Jan. 4 at 12:15 p.m. / Police arrested Kyu Kim, 73, of Los Alamos on Pruitt Ave., and charged him with battery against a household member.

RICKIE BURRELL

Jan. 5 at 3:11 p.m. / Police arrested Rickie Burrell, 29, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
