Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

Aug. 15 at 8:09 a.m. / A Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny on Canyon Road. The estimated loss is less than $250.

Aug. 16 at 5:58 p.m. / A 94-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone took his vehicle without permission on Monte Rey Drive North. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

GALEN MARTINEZ

Aug. 16 at 11:07 p.m. / Police arrested Galen Martinez, 47, of Santa Fe on North Road and charged him with DWI.

Aug. 17 at 5:10 p.m. / A 47-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Rover Boulevard. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

BRENDEN BROWN

Aug. 17 at 6:35 p.m. / Police arrested Brenden Brown, 23, of Los Alamos in the 3900 block of Alabama Street on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

KEVIN HERRING

Aug. 19 at 12:18 a.m. / Police arrested Kevin Herring, 35, in the 4000 block of Sycamore Street on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.

DAVID RAEL

Aug. 18 at 5:43 p.m. / Police arrested David Rael, 35, of Los Alamos on Diamond Drive and charged him with aggravated assault on a peace officer, DWI, concealing his identity, reckless driving, driving on a revoked license, driving without a registration and driving without insurance. 

Aug. 18 at 10:31 p.m. / A 24-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on Walnut Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

KRISTA WILHELM

Aug. 19 at 12:10 a.m. / Police arrested Krista Wilhelm, 27, of Los Alamos in the 4000 block of Sycamore and charged her with battery against a household member.

PETRA FAJARDO

Aug. 19 at 9:10 p.m. / Police arrested Petra Fajardo, 59, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive and charged her with abuse of a child.
