Los Alamos Police Blotter: Aug. 1 To Aug. 6, 2018

LAPD News:

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

ANGELICA E. PACHECO

Aug. 1 at 9:59-8 a.m. / Police arrested Angelica E. Pacheco, 18, of Santa Cruz at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

 

 

KELTON DOWNEN

Aug. 2 at 8:16 a.m. / Police arrested Kelton Downen, 24, of White Rock at 2500 Trinity Dr., on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

 

 

YAZZIE WHITESUN

Aug. 5 at 10:29 a.m. / Police arrested Whitesun Yazzie, 23, of Albuquerque at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged him with aggravated DWI: refusal to submit to chemical testing, driving on a suspended or revoked license and driving with an open container of alcohol.

 

BRENDA JEAN ERICKSON

Aug. 6 at 4 :43 p.m. / Police arrested Brenda Jean Erickson, 61, of Los Alamos at 2500 Trinity Dr., and charged her with DUI.

 

 

JOHN C. DEPAOLI

At 7:39 p.m. / Police arrested John C. Depaoli, 56, on Diamond Drive and charged him with DUI.

 

 

RUSTY F. MOCK

Aug. 6 at 8:49 p.m. / Police arrested Rusty F. Mock, 49, on Trinity Drive and charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia.
