Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

April 9 at 4:31 p.m. / A 53-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was assaulted on Central Avenue.

RYAN BARNES

April 9 at 4:45 p.m. / Police arrested Ryan Barnes, 37, of Los Alamos at 20th Street and Trinity Drive and charged him with assault and again April 10 at 11:40 a.m. at 11 Rover Blvd., and charged him with assault on a peace officer.

WILLIAM GARRETT

April 10 at 9:31 p.m. / Police arrested William Garrett, 29, of Los Alamos on 40th Street and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.

April 11 at 2:46 p.m. / A 31-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was battered in Central Park Square.

TREVOR ORR

April 11 at 6:41 p.m. / Police arrested Trevor Orr, 47, of Los Alamos at 2400 Central Ave., and charged him with criminal trespass.

April 11 at 6:51 p.m. / A 39-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of larceny on Isleta. The estimated loss is less than $500.

April 11 at 9:32 p.m. / Police arrested Chandler Lauritzen, 19, of Los Alamos at 77 Isleta and charged him with larceny and issued him a summons to appear in court. Police booking photo unavailable.

RODNEY HAPNEY

April 12 at 4:09 p.m. / Police arrested Rodney Hapney, 48, of Phoenix at 44 Potrillo Dr., and charged him with criminal trespass.

April 13 at 12:40 p.m. / A 41-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of identity theft. The estimated loss is unknown.

ADAM TALACHY

April 13 at 2:52 p.m. / Police arrested Adam Talachy, 49, of Espanola at Santa Clara and charged him with criminal trespass.

April 13 at 11:50 p.m. / a 56-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property on 37th Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

CHRISTOPHER WAJDA

April 14 at 12:15 a.m. / Police arrested Christopher Wajda, 24, of Los Alamos on Camino Durasnilla and San Ildefonso Road and charged him with criminal damage to property. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

WILLIAM GARRETT

April 14 at 9:58 a.m. / Police arrested William Garrett, 29, of Los Alamos at 3000 Trinity Dr., and charged him with aggravated assault against a household member and resisting, evading and obstructing a peace officer.

April 14 at 10:51 a.m. / A 64-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of larceny on 41st Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

JORDAN GONZALES

April 14 at 4:38 p.m. / Police arrested Jordan Gonzales, 24, of Santa Fe at 751 Trinity Dr., and charged him with possession of marijuana and being a public nuisance: injurious to public health, safety and morals.

April 14 at 7 p.m. / A 61-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was battered by a household member on 34th Street.

MARION LOOPE

April 14 at 7:57 p.m. / Police arrested Marion Loope, 31, of Los Alamos at 2231 34th St., and charged her with battery against a household member. 

CHANTELLE CHAVEZ

April 15 at 8:23 a.m. / Police arrested Chantelle Chavez, 25, of Santa Fe on East Road and charged her with DUI.

April 15 at 9:35 p.m. / A 55-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of fraud on 40th Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
