Los Alamos Police Blotter: April 4–April 10, 2013

The following information is provided by the Los Alamos Police Department.

Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

April 4 at 3:42 p.m. / Police received a report of a 12-year-old Los Alamos boy being abused on 33rd Street. The matter is under investigation.

JASON WILLIS

April 4 at 4:25 p.m. / Police arrested Jason Willis, 32, of Los Alamos in the 2500 block of Trinity Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

April 5 at 1 p.m. / Police charged Lois Vigil, 46, of Santa Fe near Canyon Road and East Road with possession of marijuana and issued her a criminal citation to appear in court.

April 5 at 2:18 p.m. / Los Alamos County reported that it was the victim of fraud in the 100 block of Camino Entrada. The estimated loss is less than $20,000.

DAVID RAEL

April 5 at 10:22 p.m. / Police arrested David Rael, 35, of Los Alamos in the 3700 block of Gold Street on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant.

 

 

 

AMBER CRUZE

April 5 at 11:46 p.m. / Police arrested Amber Cruze, 21, of San Juan Pueblo in the 2000 block of Diamond Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court warrant and charged her with driving on a suspended or revoked license. 

April 6 at 12:10 p.m. / A 53-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he was the victim of identity theft in the 2000 block of 46th Street. The estimated loss is unknown.

April 7 at 1:41 p.m. / A 57-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property in the 900 block of Santa Clara Place. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.

April 7 at 6:17 p.m. / A 58-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 3000 block of Orange Street. The estimated loss is less than $250.

IAN HUBBARD

April 8 at 5:45 a.m. / Police arrested Ian Hubbard, 19, of Los Alamos on Sherwood Boulevard and charged him with Minor In Possession of alcohol, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and improper handling of fire.

April 8 at 5:15 p.m. / A 54-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone burglarized her home in the 1100 block of Big Rock Loop. The estimated loss is unknown.

April 8 at 9:35 p.m. / A 55-year-old Jemez Springs man asked police for family services assistance in the 1300 block of 41st Street.

April 8 at 12:05 a.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos boy with aggravated assault against a family member in the 1300 block of 41st Street.

April 9 at 8:40 a.m. / A 50-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 800 block of North Mesa Road. The estimated loss is less than $500.

April 9 at 9:10 p.m. / Police charged Anthony Martinez, 27, of Los Alamos in the 1600 block of 37th Street with unreasonable animal noise prohibited and issued him a criminal citation to appear in court.

April 10 at 5:17 p.m. / A 33-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was assaulted and battered by a household member in the 100 block of Royal Crest.

SAVANNAH SIMASINGH

April 10 at 6:03 p.m. / Police arrested Savannah Simasingh, 24, of Los Alamos in the 100 block of Royal Crest and charged her with assault on a household member and battery against a household member.
