Los Alamos Police Blotter: April 12 to April 18, 2012

The following information was provided by the Los Alamos Police Department. Neither arrests nor charges indicate a conviction, and neither means that a person is guilty of the charges filed against them.

April 12 at 9:46 a.m. / Los Alamos National Laboratory reported that it was the victim of larceny in the 800 block of Mesita Del Buy. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.

 

 

 

CHRIS QUINTANA

April 12 at 8:07 p.m. / police arrested Chris Quintana, 42, of Los Alamos on Ridgeway Drive on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant.

April 15 at 10:53 a.m. / A 36-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 100 block of Aztec Avenue. The estimated loss is less than $250.

 

 

 

DWAYNE SANCHEZ

April 15 at 7:46 a.m. / Police arrested Dwayne Sanchez, 39, of Cordova and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.

April 15 at 8:30 p.m. / A 17-year-old Los Alamos boy was charged on Loma Linda with possession of marijuana and referred to the juvenile probation officer.

 

 

 

RICARDO NAVARRO

April 15 at 11:10 p.m. / Police arrested Ricardo Navarro, 25, of Los Alamos near Timber Ridge Road and Trinity Drive and charged him with aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol concentration of .16 or more.

 

 

 

 

 

SETH HENDRYX‑COOPER

April 17 at 2:34 a.m. / Police arrested Seth Hendryx-Cooper, 19, of Albuquerque near Club Road and Trinity Drive and charged him with distribution of a controlled substance: marijuana. Police also charged four 17-year-old Los Alamos boys at the scene with possession of marijuana and referred them to the juvenile probation officer.

April 17 at 2:34 a.m. / Police charged Kayla Sage, 18, of Moriarty with possession of marijuana near Club Road and Trinity Drive and issued her a citation to appear in court.

 

 

DONALD PENA

April 17 at 9:55 p.m. / Police arrested Donald Pena, 32, of Santa Fe on San Ildefonso Road and charged him with aggravated battery.

 

 

 

 

 

PHILIP RUYBAL

April 18 at 3:02 p.m. / Police arrested Phillip Ruybal, 42, of Santa Fe at the Justice Center on an outstanding Municipal Court Warrant.
