April 12 at 2:08 a.m. / Police arrested Jennie Garcia, 34, of Los Alamos near 35th Street and Villa Street and charged her with failure to maintain her lane and DUI.

April 12 at 10:45 a.m. / Police arrested Charles Sterba, 54, of Los Alamos at the Los Alamos Detention Center on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
April 12 at 2:01 p.m. / A 52-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was the victim of larceny in the 1200 block of San Ildefonso Road. The estimated loss is less than $250.
KEVIN SNIDER
April 12 at 8:12 p.m. / Police arrested Kevin Snider, 51, of Los Alamos near Club Road and Diamond Drive and charged him with failure to maintain his lane, DUI, driving on a suspended or revoked license, no insurance and no registration.
MOSES SALAZAR
April 12 at 10:47 p.m. / Police arrested Moses Salazar, 27, of Los Alamos on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
April 12 at 10:48 p.m. / Police charged a 15-year-old Los Alamos boy in the 300 block of Aragon Avenue with Minor In Possession of alcohol and referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.
April 12 at 10:48 p.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos girl in the 300 block of Aragon Avenue with Minor In Possession of alcohol and referred her to the juvenile probation officer and released her to her parents.
April 12 at 10:48 p.m. / Police charged a 16-year-old Los Alamos boy in the 300 block of Aragon Avenue with Minor In Possession of alcohol and referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.
April 12 at 10:48 p.m. / Police charged Zachary Martinez, 19, of Los Alamos in the 300 block of Aragon Avenue with Minor In Possession of alcohol and issued him a criminal citation to appear in court.
April 12 at 10:48 p.m. / Police charged a 17-year-old Los Alamos boy in the 300 block of Aragon Avenue with Minor In Possession of alcohol and referred him to the juvenile probation officer and released him to his parents.
April 13 at 12:58 p.m. / A 34-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that someone damaged her property in the 800 block of 43rd Street. The estimated damage is less than $1,000.

April 13 at 4:20 p.m. / Police arrested Christopher McKenzie, 32, of Santa Fe in the 3700 block of Arkansas Avenue on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

April 13 at 8:39 p.m. / Police arrested Antoinette Gonzales, 27, of Los Alamos in the 2200 block of Diamond Drive and charged her with aggravated DUI and driving with an open container of alcohol.

April 13 at 9 p.m. / Police arrested Timothy Concha, 29, of Taos on Trinity Drive on an outstanding Magistrate Court warrant.
April 14 at 4:39 p.m. / A 22-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she was assaulted and battered in the 1900 block of 42nd Street.
DANIEL YAMADA
April 14 at 4:39 p.m. / Police arrested Daniel Yamada, 30, of Los Alamos in the 1900 block of 42nd Street and charged him with assault against a household member, battery against a household member and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
April 15 at 12:29 p.m. / Los Alamos Medical Center reported that someone damaged its property at 3917 West Road. The estimated loss is less than $1,000. The matter is under investigation.

April 15 at 9: 20 p.m. / Police arrested Mark Henins, 46, of Los Alamos in the 3000 block of Orange Street and charged him with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
NICOLE TRUJILLO
April 15 at 11:48 p.m. / Police arrested Nicole Trujillo, 29, of Los Alamos in the 500 block of Central Avenue on an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.
April 16 at 2:09 p.m. / A 46-year-old Los Alamos man reported that someone damaged his property in the 2200 block of 35th Street. The estimated loss is less than $1,000.
April 17 at 7:19 a.m. / Los Alamos County reported that it is the victim of graffiti in the 1900 block of Diamond Drive. The estimated loss is unknown.
April 17 at 9:55 a.m. / An 85-year-old Los Alamos woman reported that she is the victim of larceny on Diamond Drive. The estimated loss is less than $250.
April 17 at 10:42 a.m. / A 70-year-old Los Alamos man reported that he is the victim of larceny in the 1900 block of Juniper Street. The estimated loss is less than $2,500.
April 17 at 7:32 p.m. / Smith’s Food and Drug Centers reported that it is the victim of shoplifting at 535 Central Ave. The estimated loss is less than $100 and the matter is under investigation.
