Los Alamos Piano Students Earn Honors

MUSIC News:

Los Alamos student musicians performed well Nov. 9 at the 2013 PMTNM (Professional Music Teachers of New Mexico) Piano Honors Programs.

At Level 1, Joshua J. Chung (student of Janna V. Warren) placed first with the performance of Four Rondos, Op. 60 by Dmitri Kabalevsky.

At Level 2, Jennifer Wang (student of Madeline Williamson) placed second with the performance of  La Fille aux Cheveux de Lin and Suite Bergmasque: Prelude by Debussy.

At Level 4, Victor Kim (student of Aejin Chang) placed second with the performance of Ballade, Op.23, No.1 by Chopin. Victor Kim is a PMTNM Scholarship winner.
