…Collection event 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 21 at Sullivan Field

The community is encouraged to bring unneeded and intact tents, tarps, sleeping bags, sleeping pads, bivy bags, boots and shoes, wool socks, gloves and mittens, jackets, warm pants, and sweaters for men, women and children 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 21 to Sullivan Field.

Mountaineers use masks and social distancing principles while collecting gear and isolate the gear collected for 72 hours prior to distributing.

Anyone unavailable to drop off gear or warm clothes during the Nov. 21 collection event is asked to call Jean Dewart at 505.412.5424 to arrange an alternate drop off.

Mary Thompson and Jean Dewart will take all donations to homeless shelters for distribution. Thank you!
