Los Alamos Hilltoppers Defeat Valencia Jaguars 14-5

The Los Alamos High School Hilltoppers softball team hosted the Valencia Jaguars on Thursday for a non-district game played on Hope Field at Overlook Park in White Rock.

The Jaguars started strong in the first inning with a home run by Rosalyn Rael and two additional runs to lead the Toppers.

The Toppers’ batting improved and they began pulling away from the Jaguars with another two home runs by Abagail DeHerrera and one more by Jamie Cisneros to win the game 14-5 to continue their early winning streak.
