Los Alamos Democratic Party News:

U.S. Senatorial candidate Rep. Martin Heinrich, D-N.M., addressed supporters from Los Alamos and Santa Fe at a fundraiser at Anthony’s on the Delta in Espanola Tuesday night.

A large crowd listened to the Congressman talk about what can be done to help Los Alamos and the nation.

Heinrich spoke about Republican candidates blaming budget problems at Los Alamos National Laboratory and the pending layoffs on Democrats, specifically President Obama.

The truth is, he said, Republicans have demanded massive cuts and job layoffs to lower the deficit.
