Los Alamos Court Rulings:

June 4, 2013: TATYANA KURENNAYA, 60, of Los Alamos was found guilty by Municipal Court Judge Alan Kirk of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs – 2nd offense. She was fined $999, ordered to pay $231 in fees, perform 48 hours of community service, install an  interlock device on her vehicle, serve one year probation with fees of $40 per month, 90 hours at an intensive outpatient treatment program, serve 179 days in jail with 164 days suspended and wear an electronic monitoring device. She also was found guilty of making an improper lane change for which she was charged $50 in fines and ordered to pay $46 in fees.

May 30, 2013: PERCINA WAR, 44, of Los Alamos was found guilty by Municipal Court Judge Alan Kirk of driving on a suspended/revoked, which was amended to No Drivers License. She was ordered to pay $100 in fines and $46 in fees.

May 28, 2013: PERCINA WAR, 44, of Los Alamos was found guilty by Municipal Court Judge Alan Kirk of failure to pay her court ordered fines and fees. She was ordered to pay $50 in fines, $46 in fees and a $100 bench warrant fee.

May 14, 2013: TADG WOODS, 56, of Los Alamos was found guilty by Municipal Court Judge Alan Kirk of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs – 2nd offense. He was ordered to pay $999 Fine with $250 suspended, $231 in fees, perform 48 hours of community service, install an interlock device on his vehicle, serve one year probation with fees of $40 per month, attend 10 alcohol education classes, serve 179 days in jail with 174 days suspended and wear an electronic monitoring device.
