Los Alamos Court Rulings:
July 1, 2013: DAWNA RUSSOM, 23, of Los Alamos was found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs – 1st offense. Municipal Court Judge Alan Kirk ordered her to pay $750 in fines; $231 in fees; serve 48 hours of community service; install an interlock on her vehicle; serve one year of supervised probation with fees of $40 per month; attend an alcohol use assessment and recommended treatment program; serve 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended as credit for time served and participate in a 30-day drug/alcohol testing program.
July 1, 2013: The prosecutor dismissed the following charges against DAWNA RUSSOM, 23, of Los Alamos – open container, open container (2nd count), operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, improper stopping, starting or turning.
July 2, 2013: KENDALL CHRISTENSEN, 36, of Los Alamos was found guilty of driving while his license was suspended or revoked. Municipal Court Judge Alan Kirk ordered him to pay $300 in fines; $46 in fees and serve 15 days in the Los Alamos County Jail. The judge also found him guilty of speeding 11-15 mph over the limit and ordered him to pay $75 in fines and $46 in fees; guilty of failure to appear in court and ordered him to pay $50 in fines and $46 in fees and guilty of contempt of court and ordered to pay $41 in fees, $100 for a bench warrant fee and to spend two days in jail.
