COUNTY News:

Los Alamos County Environmental Services Division will close early at noon Sunday, Dec. 24 and will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday Monday, Dec. 25.

This includes operations at the Eco Station and the Overlook Convenience Center, as well as residential and commercial trash and recycling.

Residents and businesses whose trash collection day falls on the observed Christmas holiday should place their materials out Wednesday, Dec. 27. The same schedule will apply to the New Year’s holiday weekend.

The Division will also close early at noon Sunday, Dec. 31 and remain closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday Monday, Jan. 1, 2024.
