Magistrate Judge Patricia Casados swears in Los Alamos Sheriff Marco Lucero today at the Justice Center. New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez appointed Sheriff Lucero to the New Mexico Oversight Search and Rescue Board and it is required that he be sworn into this new position.
