COUNTY News:
Los Alamos County awarded a contract to Granicus, LLC to redesign and host the Los Alamos County government website to launch in late July 2023. The county project team is asking web users to take a short survey and share experiences (positive or negative) in navigating and finding information on the existing county website.
This information will inform the team on a new design that is more user-friendly.
To take the survey, individuals are instructed to visit the county’s webpage at https://losalamosnm.us and click on the yellow image that says, “Help us improve our website”.
Additionally, the project team is looking for volunteers to test the proposed new website’s navigation structure in a couple of months. Individuals willing to spend 15 minutes or less to test the site are asked to complete an online form now with a name and an email. Then, in January, when the navigation structure is ready to try, the project team will email the volunteer pool with a link and instructions.
The county project team thanks the community in advance for their input and time to help create a county website that performs well for a wide range of constituents.
